Meet Amber Zizelman

Welcome to Zizelman Bakehouse, where everything created is egg, peanut, and tree nut free! I am more than willing to make other allergen free items for you, just reach out and ask!

 

Growing up with an allergy to eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts, I found it difficult to find desserts that I could enjoy at a young age. As I grew older, I discovered that I could enjoy the same desserts as everyone else by substituting ingredients and modifying the recipes.  While earning my culinary degree from Columbus Culinary Institute at Bradford School, I participated in an internship at Sweet Freedom Bakery, an allergen free bakery located in Philadelphia, PA.

I now work full-time as the Sous Chef at Mercer County Community Hospital and part-time at New Bremen Coffee Co.
